How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery within Australia usually takes 7–15 business days; international orders usually take 10–20 business days.
How much is shipping?
A$11 within Australia, free on orders of A$100 or more. A$20 flat rate internationally.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. Every order ships with tracking, and we email it to you as soon as it's on its way.
Can I return something?
Yes. Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded within 30 days. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days. See Returns & Refunds for details.
Why might my order arrive in more than one parcel?
Some items ship from different warehouses so they reach you as quickly as possible.
