Refund policy

We want you to love what you buy. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply and are not limited by this policy.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll offer a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid. You won't need to pay to return it.

Change of mind

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging and in resaleable condition. Return postage is paid by the customer. For hygiene reasons, opened ear plugs and worn activewear can't be returned for change of mind.

How to return

Please email lempiriskitchen@gmail.com before sending anything back. We'll give you the correct return address, because our items ship from different warehouses. Returns sent without contacting us first may be delayed.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, we'll refund your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
