This website is operated by LE'MPIRIS KITCHEN PTY LTD (ABN 83 666 584 881), trading as Le'mpiris. By visiting our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Le'mpiris is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged on our prices. We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens. Prices and availability can change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you and give you a full refund.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if there's a clear pricing error, or if we can't deliver to your address. If we cancel, you'll be refunded in full.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Use of our website

You agree not to misuse this website or copy its content without our permission. Our liability is limited to the extent allowed by law.
