Faulty, damaged or not as described
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at bivahafsa@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, including shipping. You won't need to send the item back unless we ask.
Change of mind
You can return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Email us first for the return address. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer, and original shipping is not refunded.
Lost or late orders
If tracking shows no movement for 30 days, or your order hasn't arrived 30 days after the estimated delivery date, contact us and we'll reship or refund you in full.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
