Every order ships with tracking. We email your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery times and costs
- Items marked “Free shipping Australia-wide” ship from our Australian warehouse: free, dispatched in 1–3 business days, usually delivered in 2–7 business days.
- All other items – Australia: A$11 standard, free on orders of A$100 or more. Usually 7–15 business days.
- International (US, UK, NZ, Canada, Europe, Asia): A$20 flat rate, usually 10–20 business days. Items from our Australian warehouse ship within Australia only.
Each product page shows its own delivery estimate. Times are estimates and can be longer during sales and the Christmas rush. Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels.
🎄 Christmas delivery
For Christmas delivery in Australia, order Australian-warehouse items by 15 December and all other items by 1 December.
Customs and duties
International orders may attract import duties or taxes in the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.
